The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) EHR Incentive Programs was established in 2009 in an effort to encourage providers and hospitals to adopt, implement and use Electronic Health Records in the daily practice of medicine. The Alabama Medicaid Agency is responsible for administration of the program and managing the payment process.

The Health Information Technology Division of the Alabama Medicaid Agency would like to thank you for your participation in the Meaningful Use EHR Incentive Payment Program.
The Alabama State Level Registry (SLR) is scheduled to open Monday, December 18, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. CST to receive ONLY MU attestations for Program Year (PY) 2017 and the close date is March 31, 2018.
